Clinical Psychology Services

We aim to help children, young people, adults and their families or carers with structured effective psychological treatments for a wide range of psychological difficulties. We only use accredited evidenced based psychometric assessments with all our interventions carried out within the highest standards according to NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence). These interventions are undertaken by experienced clinical or forensic psychologists with expertise in the area of difficulty and age range of the client.

We are able to provide a service for clients who wish to be seen privately for reasons of confidentiality, convenience and duration. Appointments can be offered within 48 hours from initial contact. Clients can either refer themselves or be referred by their GP or Psychiatrist.

People come to us either with specific problems or because they want a neutral, professional and skilled person to speak to.

The psychologists at The Practice MK have a wealth of experience in working with a range of adult mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression and relationship problems.

The team also has particular expertise in working with people experiencing borderline personality disorder and eating disorders.
