Making Payment

Due to the number of services we offer it is difficult to have one particular fees policy.  We will always send you our terms and conditions when you register with us but we know how boring they can be.  So below we have summed up our polices regarding fees for our individual services.

Registration

You must register with us prior to receiving any of our services.  We send you a link by email to our online registration form but if you do happen to lose it we have included it here as well.  If you are registering your child (under 17 years) then please complete a registration form for you and one for your child.

If you are named as the 'bill payer' for a client registering with us then you will need to complete a registration form but please select 'bill payer' from the options at the beginning so that you do not have to complete the entire form!

Consultations

If you have been offered a consultation with one of our team we will send you an appointment offer by email with information relevant to the particular service you are seeking.  We will also send you an invoice by email which we politely ask is paid in order for us to confirm you appointment.

You may still cancel or amend your appointment by giving us at least 24 hours notice so that we may change or cancel the invoice to avoid any charges.

Autism Diagnostic Assessments

After you have attended a consultation, your Psychologist will write to you with their recommendations.  You will also receive an invoice for our fees. In the absence of an agreed payment plan we ask that a deposit of £145 is made payable to confirm your diagnostic assessment.  The balance is due 48 hours prior to your first appointment.

Clinical Psychology Services

Following your initial consultation all regular appointments with our Clinical Psychology team are charged on the day of your appointment.  We politely ask you to confirm a direct debit mandate with us which enables us to take payment on the day of your appointment.

We do this for a number of reasons which we feel benefits our clients.  For more information please read our policy regarding payments for fees using direct debit.

Counselling and Therapy

We must receive payment for your first session at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.  Once we offer you an appointment we will send you an appointment offer along with some further information regarding your session.

You will also receive an invoice from us, by email, which will contain an an attachment, your invoice.  If you open the attachment you will see how much your session is and by clicking the 'pay by card' button will be able to make an online payment.  You may also pay online using a standard bank transfer.

If, after your first session you wish to continue seeing your counsellor or therapist, we will ask you to authorise a direct debit agreement online so payments for future sessions may be taken automatically. We will invoice you on the morning of your appointment with the payment request being made at the same time.

We do this for a number of reasons which we feel benefits our clients.  For more information please read our policy regarding payments for fees using direct debit.

You may still cancel or amend your appointment by giving us 24 hours notice so that we may change or cancel the invoice to avoid any charges.

Educational Psychology

For all assessments with our Educational Psychology team we request that a deposit of £145 is made payable to confirm your appointment.  The balance will be due 48 hours prior to your appointment.
