Payment of our Fees
Due to the number of services we offer it is difficult to have one particular fees policy. We will always send you our terms and conditions when you register with us but we know how boring they can be. So at the bottom of this page we have summed up our polices regarding fees for our individual services.
For all counselling, therapy, mediation and coaching services we kindly ask that the fees for your first session is settled at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you choose to book with us again we offer clients two payment methods to choose from:
Automated Payment System
Our automated payment mandate system is favoured by clients for its simplicity and ease. Using the direct debit system it allows us to take payment on the day of your appointments.
You may still cancel or amend your appointment without charge by providing us with at 24 hours notice .
It helps us manage your payments more effectively and as a thank you, we will reduce your service fees by £4.50 per session. That's a saving of £45 over 10 sessions.
To set up a payment mandate with us simply ask a member of the Case Management Team who will send you a link by email. It takes less than 5 minutes to set up! For more information please see our page on paying for your fees using direct debit.
For clients who prefer not to use our automated payment system we offer a pre-pay service where we request clients provide us with a credit or debit card which we will charge 48 hours prior to their appointments.
You may still cancel or amend your appointment without charge by providing us with at 24 hours notice.
Note we are unable to offer the £4.50 reduction on this payment method.
Individual Service Fees Explained
If you have been offered a consultation with one of our Psychology Team we will send you an appointment offer by email with information relevant to the particular service you are seeking. We will also send you an invoice for the fees by email which we politely ask is settled at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If we have not received payment by this time, your appointment may be cancelled.
You may still cancel or amend your appointment by giving us at least 24 hours notice so that we may change or cancel the invoice to avoid any charges.
Autism Diagnostic Assessments
After you have attended a consultation, your Psychologist will write to you with their recommendations. If you wish to proceed with a diagnostic assessment one of our Case Management Team will send you a document titled "ADA, the next stages" and our "ADA Service Acknowledgement and Consent". These documents set out the assessments that will be delivered along with our agreed fees and asks you for consent to contact other practitioners relevant to your assessment. The documents also set the timescales for delivering your diagnostic assessment.
In the absence of an agreed payment plan, fees for the assessment are due to in advance to confirm your appointments.
Cancellations or amendments to any assessment appointments within 48 hours are charged at £145.
Counselling and Therapy Services
For your first appointment we kindly ask that our fees are settled as soon as possible and in any case with at least 48 hours notice. Should you wish to book regular appointments with your counsellor or therapist we ask clients to choose from the two payment methods above.
Once your appointment has been confirmed we will send you an invoice for the fees by email which we politely ask is settled at least 7 days prior to your appointment. If we have not received payment by this time, your appointment may be cancelled.
To cancel or amend your appointment we do require at least 48 hours notice otherwise a fee of £145 will be due.
